Return & Refund Policy
At Bezett Jewellers, we stand by the quality of our product. Our customers are entitled to return goods with substantial defects in manufacture or repairs. In both cases we provide remedy or solution. We’re here to help ensure you’re happy with your experience.
We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
If you’ve made a purchase from our website and need to return the product, we will exchange the item for a Bezett gift card if returned within 14 days of purchase.
The goods must be in an unworn and new condition.
Please use one of the following return methods:
Free Return to Shop:
● Ensure the product is in original condition and original packaging.
● Return the product within 14 days from the date of dispatch. (Please bring your invoice or packing slip as proof of purchase.)
Return of online purchases:
● Firstly please contact us on victoriag@bezett.co.nz or call us on (03) 477 9046 to start the return process.
● Ensure the product is in original condition and original packaging.
● Return the product within 14 days from the date of dispatch. (Including your invoice or packing slip as proof of purchase.)
● Return the product(s) to the following address: 181 Hillside Road, Dunedin 9012
Upon receiving the product, we will take the required action which includes thorough testing of the goods to ensure that the item has not been altered or tampered with in any way.
Victoria G Bezett will not refund the original delivery costs relating to the return of non-faulty product(s).
